Shipping Information:

We take pride in making sure your order gets out quickly. Orders ship through all major carriers; including Fedex, UPS, USPS. Shipping costs are $7.95 for all orders under $200. All orders beyond that are free shipping. Some items are drop-shipped from the manufacturer and may take a little longer to process.

Shipping Limitations

BBHealthy.com, currently, does NOT ship to International or APO/FPO addresses for any reason, under any circumstance. We only ship to the contiguous 48 states at this time. This also means we do not ship to any islands(PR, USVI, etc).

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We stand behind the products we sell. All our merchandise is brand new in the original manufacturer's packaging. All price and payments must be in US currency. Please understand that all sales are final, with the following exceptions.

Money Back Guarantee

If you change your mind about a purchase and the item is not defective and you have not used it, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to email us at returns@bbhealthy.com for a return authorization(RA). No return will be accepted without a RA. We will only accept returns for items that are 100% complete in original, unopened packaging and in re-saleable condition, with all packaging, manuals, cables, registration cards, accessories and UPC label and an unbroken seal. We do not refund shipping charges. Items with Free Shipping will be reduced by the actual shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

Product Warranty

Most items we sell are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. We include such information in the product details for each item, when available. The manufacturer warrants their products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Repair or replacement may be issued for any product which is found to be defective under the terms of this warranty. BBHealthy.com will assist with warranty issues within the first 30 days of product purchase. After that time the product manufacturer must be contacted directly to address all warranty issues. In many cases, the manufacturer can diagnose and resolve product concerns over the phone. All sales of 4th quality anatomical models are final, we will not accept returns of any 4th quality models.

Defective Returns

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Defective returns will be accepted for exchange or repair only, at our discretion, within 30 days from the date of purchase. No refunds or credit will be granted after 30 days. If the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty still apply - please contact the manufacturer directly.

Return Procedure

Please email or call us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without a RA. RA's are valid for 14 business days after issue and must be received in our warehouse within 30 days from the date of the invoice.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. Once the return is processed and approved, a credit to your account may take up to 3-4 days.

The Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all non-defective returned items.

Unauthorized or Refused Returns

BBHealthy.com will not accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. Packages without a return authorization (RA) will be refused upon return to our warehouse. BBHealthy.com will impose all shipping fees for refused shipments by the customer. Additional charges may apply if the merchandise is not returned in 100% complete condition in the original, unopened packaging.
